Sewer-like odour in the toilet/bath whenever the toilet is flushes. Reception staff could be a bit friendlier. Easy walking distance to many places except when carrying/dragging luggage to/from nearest airport bus stop.

A bit apart from the main street and Sapporo station, but location is pretty central. Good hotel for a brief stay at Sapporo

“Close to Odori park but probably the wrong end if you don’t want to walk a distance to the shops and restaurants.”
The hotel was directly across from Odori park and as we were staying for the Ice festival it was very convenient.
