Good location with enough parking space. Rooms are tiny but lovely. Living room and kitchen is nice for guest gathering. Host provide good service. Great option for self drive guest.

The unit is clean & big space for my family of 6.

The apartment building was very comfortable, there's a code on the door from the outside and each door of every room so it feels safe to leave your belongings behind. There's plenty of share space - the kitchen and the living room make it easy for a couple of people to do their own thing. Bathroom is shared as well. It is kept clean and tidy, but since there are other people staying, they might be a bit messy. Location is perfect as well - the closest nearby is a tramway station and the nearest subway station is about a 10-15 mins walk. We stayed during the winter and most times we walked around the city despite the huge snow. The apartment building is also very warm, you can adjust the temperature of the radiator in the room. A very nice stay overall!

The location is convenient for easy access to the airport and Susukino via the Sapporo city tram. The subway is also within walking distance, if a bit further away. The building is recently renovated and the rooms are comfortable, if a little basic. Highly recommended, as the value is really good and you can experience a homestay like feeling in this establishment.

the landlady is friendly and responsive in answering our questions. She provided us with clear instructions for accessing the house and we had no problem in driving to there. Also, the accommodation was clean and tidy and the facilities therein just made us feel at home. In brief, we enjoyed our stay in this accommodation.

Location is good. There is 2 parking lots which is convenient for big group to stay at the property. The house is spacious. There is 2 toilet and 1 bath. Everything is clean and we'll maintain. House owner, Yu is very helpful. She always answer my message fast. She also gives good suggestion for restaurant. We enjoy the stay there. Highly recommend this property.
