We like the aqua park and the pool, the staff was good, specially Mohamed the Egyptian guy in the reception, the food was good. The room was little small but it was good.

“Nice stay for the family”
The hotel had lots of good facilities, some of which wasn't functional due to season and weather since it was cold. There was a nice spa with indoor pool. We stayed in a Villa, it was large and cozy but access was a bit hard and I had to keep an eye on the little kid. Had all necessary appliances except for water boiler to make milk for babies or tea. The hotel and restaurant staff were great, especially the receptionist who arranged a late dinner because we missed it. WiFi was good. Rooms had AC. Heaters were everywhere. Water was hot. Soaps and shampoo were fantastic.
