“Great location for the early morning flight, very helpful host”

The location is perfect to get to the airport for an early flight. The room is more like a small apartment, with kitchen and a good sized bathroom. Bed is comfortable, air con worked perfectly and there are blinds to keep the room dark in early morning. There is a restaurant 5 min walk away (on a Main Street) which serves really delicious fish. There are also small shops nearby. The breakfast is quite nice and the host was kind to serve it early in the morning as well as give us a lift to the airport!

Fernando was an excellent host, picked us up and brought us again to the airport and was very nice. The small apartment is very clean, in a very convenient location a few minutes from the airport. I would definitely recommend staying here. Breakfast was also great in the patio in the garden. Thank you for the excellent homemade juices!

Location right next to airport so very convenient for arrival. Common mini bus only costs 20 Dobras $1 so easy enough to get to town. Hosts are extremely nice and accommodating.

“the place to be to make the first steps on this island”

This accommodation was for us the start of a dream vacation. The comfort and size of the accommodation alone would be reason for us to rate highly. In addition, the incredibly dear and impressive host. We very rarely get into raptures, but this host is a sensation: so warm, so interesting and interested: simply impressive and what a gift to experience. A few more words about the accommodation. The accommodation is large, very clean and has a sensational terrace. The bed is perfect and large, windows have mosquito protection, are tight and even have blinds (so you can make it nice and dark to sleep) The garden is a dream. You not only see (almost) all the fruits you dream of, but also get them served for breakfast. Indescribably beautiful as already mentioned the meeting with the landlord Mr. Simão. Many recommendations, lots of interesting information and conversations about the region. It was also ingenious to arrive so late and have a place to stay so close to the airport. We were picked up, although it is only a few hundred meters, with a jeep. After many hours of flight, a luxury to be received so and to land in such a nice accommodation. Our summary and with focus on a round trip: the perfect place to arrive or depart from São Tomé and Principe and spent time close to airport and a nice beach close to the town. If we were business travelers we would say: a perfect place to have a nice, calm and safe accommodation away from the center

Breakfast was good. Eggs, bread, fruit. Host is super accommodating and friendly. Place is clean, and close to the airport. Super if you are going to Principe., though a hit of a walk (maybe 45mins) from downtown sao tome.

Fernando was an extremely friendly host who speaks good french and the house is ideal if you stop over in São Tomé to go to Principe the next morning, as you can't get closer to the airport and Fernando picks you up. Sometimes electricity or water don't work as intended, which is just how it is on the island, and the host gladly helps to find solutions. Great value for money.
