Clean and secure facilities in a quiet location, a short walk from town centre. Excellent roof top terrace with kitchen.

Beautiful place, helpful staff and overall best quality for the price. Best budget option, other budget places have long electricity cut offs but this one has a generator.

Very helpful lady on reception. We could keep our luggage there after checking out as our flight was in the evening and we used the open space and had a shower before leaving. Not far from the town but not noisy.

The team/owners were super helpful getting me out of a bad situation, providing a pick up service for me in exceptional circumstances and helping me organise some things that I needed help with translating and providing a driver to escort me.

I would highly recommend staying at Sweet Guesthouse. I stayed for one night. The staff were so helpful and friendly, the room was spacious and clean, and the location was great. The guesthouse also arranged an airport collection for me and the driver was waiting for me with a sign. This was such great value for money and I will be recommending to anyone I meet who is planning to travel to Sao Tome.

Excellent choice. Clean, safe, very nice staff. Comfortable beds. They even have a chocolate factory inside the hotel which gave an amazing smell going up and down the stairs.

“Well-Maintained Guest House Located Within Walking Distance of City Center”

Sweet Guest House is a well-maintained and comfortable guest house located just outside the center of Sao Tome city. The rooms are simple, but clean, with good Wi-Fi and A/C. A basic breakfast is offered every morning and daily cleaning of the rooms is provided. I enjoyed my 4-day stay at Sweet Guest House and will return next time I'm in Sao Tome.

The policies of this hotel are very inflexible. I asked to extend my check-out time for two hours, and they said this would require paying for an additional night... Also, the reception is not always staffed.
