“Not prepared for the current situation of the city's blackouts”

The city is currently going through constant blackouts and the property is not ready for this situation. They have an emergency light in the room and a fan working. I didn't have a light in the bathroom or the AC working, which make it complicated to deal with the heat. For that reason I choose to leave the property and look for a hotel with a generator. I explained this to the person responsible after informing that I was not staying. When I asked initially for them to reach me, that didn't happen .

I very happy with my stay here that I extended my booking for another four nights

Good value for money guesthouse. It is conveniently located close to the centre of the city. I was lucky to have one of the back bedrooms that was wonderfully quiet despite all the noise on the road below.

“Solid budget option”

A good budget choice in a country where affordable options are limited. Each room has an AC, some rooms have a fridge. The manager Cassio speaks fluent English (rare in Sao Tome) and is very responsive to WhatsApp messages. The rooms operate like self contained apartments, you'll have a key and can come and go as you please (there's no reception so you won't feel like you're being watched

The breakfast was nice, although they could have been more options. The location was perfect, just right in the city center and close to everywhere. I was happy I decided to stay here at the very last minute.

Geovanni is a very welcoming host that speaks English very well. The rooms are clean and tidy and offer everything you need. The breakfast the served is delivious and gets you ready for the day exploring São Tomé. The location is right in the city center and allows you to explore everything by foot. I have stayed there various times and always enjoy coming back.

Very clean, best locations who wants to take a public transportation. Good breakfast. The owner speaks good English and helpful(he allowed me to leave the luggage when I went to Porto Alegre). When the electric down, still wifi is working and have emergency light plus plug.
