Fabulous host and very well presented apartment. Supermarket nearby was handy and location was just a short uber drive to wherever we needed to go. Cannot thank the host enough for her kindness - truly exceptional.

accessAccess to the place by car is a bit 'adventurous' [steep ups and downs], and access to parking is not easy, but beyond that, this is a special place that offers a charming alternative to staying in São Paulo, including a compact studio with an especially successful design and a charming shared terrace.

Host was extremely accommodating, we needed our clothes washed and she offered to do this and wouldn't even take a payment! Very kind and happy individual

Safe location. Well equipped kitchen with all the pods, coffee machine, microwave etc, washing machine (detergent included). Comfortable bed. Very clean and well planned space.

Location was good, the property manager friendly, the room has all you need for your stay.

It is a very curious two-storey apartment, well decorated and in a nice neighbourhood. I looooved the shower, it just had something special to it. The room was spacious, the bed quite comfortable, everything was super clean and just welcoming. Location is also great, there's a farmers market right next to it and overall it is in a quiet area of the city. The host is a very chatty lady, so be ready to attend her 20 minutes lecture on every detail of the house :D

Excellent place. Host amazing and the space is very well considered. I loved the design of the space and the room upstairs but not good for people who are not that mobile. Steps quite steep.

Easy to communicate with the host, check in/out process, decoration and all the amenities we needed were available and in great condition.

Fully equipped apartment, with a cool industrial vibe. The apartment had everything we could have wanted, with a well equipped kitchen, soap for the bathroom etc. We appreciated that it had a washing machine, since we found this was rare in South America. Unfortunately there was a fault with the machine, but the host helped us to wash our clothes instead (great service and communication). The location is in a safe residential neighborhood. It's 5-10 mins walk from a small supermarket. You'll need to Uber or taxi to any tourist sites, but it's very affordable in Sao Paolo.
