“Book it! Don’t even think twice!”
One of the best places I’ve stayed in. Doughlas was very helpful and welcoming. The property is 5 mins from the nearest metro. Currency exchange is close by. The nearby street has a lot of great places to eat. It’s a very central location and there is always hustle bustle around which I loved. The property was very well maintained too.

“Feeling at home in Sao Paulo”
Very nice, clean and comfortable room with private bathroom and green balcony, in a private appartement that makes you feel at home. Friendly host, who lives in the flat and can give useful advice about does and don'ts in Sao Paulo. Well situated and safe area, close to métro that connects well to different areas in the city. 5 min walking to MASP on avenue Paulista. A must do! Thanks Douglas for the warm welcome!

“Amazing 5 days”
Excellent place to stay, Douglas is a great host. The room is comfortable, clean, and big. The internet is very fast and the location is amazing everything in short walking distance. Laundry machine available at no extra cost. Great spot for coffee and lances less than 50 meters from entrance. Thanks again Douglas. Muito bom lugar.

“Best economic solution in SP”
A big and comfortable room with a bathroom, just behind Avenida Paulista - the location is fantastic. The street is a bit noisy, but it's not a big problem, especially with the windows closed - the bed is comfortable and I slept very well. Douglas is a kind and attentive host. The price is more than reasonable.
