Exceptional location for swanky shops on R. Oscar Freire. Near Metro station and Avenida Paulista. Super comfortable bed and room with many USB charging ports. Great toiletries in super clean bathroom. Absolutely lovely staff, Eduardo in particular was super helpful and bi-lingual in English and Portuguese. He helped us with an early check-in and stored our bags. Thank you!!

“never again”
The staff was extremely poor, I was unable to obtain an invoice made out to the company, which also created several issues with the payment made using the corporate credit card. Unbelievable. They clearly don’t understand the client’s needs. It’s a pity, because the property itself is not bad and the location is good, but I will not be returning to this hotel. A major disappointment.

I have asked the property for a receipts half a dozen of time via messages, requesting from booking to interced and by phoning multiple times. No answer. As a results some of the expenses of my stay cannot be reimbursed by my employer.
