“Nice and new apartment hotel in great location”
The apartment is really new and nicely decorated. It’s in a safe area, close to the metro and facilities. The staff is super helpful and kind. Great value for money.

This was our second time staying at Charlie Paraiso. The hotel itself is decent, with rather comfortable rooms and all the necessary amenities. However, we were unpleasantly surprised by the staff's lack of response regarding the broken air conditioning. Upon arrival, I submitted a request via WhatsApp, and the manager said they would send a technician to fix the issue. No one came, and in a couple of days, I wrote again in the chat. They replied that they would check the status of the request, but no one ever got back to me. As a result, we spent all 5 nights without air conditioning. This is the first time I’ve ever encountered such poor customer service
