“Great value”
Breakfast is simple, but with lots of options. Plus, the location is very central, close to a lot of great restaurants and attractions. The room has AC, and is comfortable, plus, the place was very clean when arrived.

“Excellent hotel”
Everything was good in this hotel. Employees are friendly, breakfast buffet is very good, room is clean, airco works well. The WiFi is perfect. Clear rules and instructions, and that works out well.

“A good hotel to spend some nights in Sao Paulo”
The staff was professional and very helpful. The location is good, in a relatively safe area, not far from the historical center and well conected to other areas of interest in Sao Paulo. Both the common areas and the room were clean. The room was large enough, quiet, with excellent electrical light to read in bed and a safe. Breakfast was OK.

“One night only..”
24 hour reception - perfect as I was arriving on an 12:30am flight. Pretty much why I booked it. Staff were really nice.

Always a good café da manhã. Friendly and helpful staff, good security. The cheaper room is good value for money but is not very pleasant. It has no views and looks down the ablution shaft. Next time I will pay a bit more for a better room.

I have stayed in countless hotels for work and leisure travel, both excellent and completely unclassy. I still don't remember any of them where all the things I value - location/services/cleanliness/breakfast/staff - were as good as this hotel. That's why Calstar gets a full 5 points from me on all of these. And thanks to the location on a small street, even the silence in my hotel room was surprising, considering it's located in the center of Sao Paulo.
