Our room was nice and spacious, more like a little apartment. You can see that the facilities are older, but all was clean and working. Breakfast was nice as well.

“Great Location, great staff, property felt run down compared to other H4 properties in SP.”
Excellent location, I enjoyed a spacious one bedroom suite , with a small kitchenette and a small balcony . Pleasant city view. also great front desk staff. very helpfull. Plus excellent housekeeping services. I appreciate cold AC plus dark out curtains as well in the unit.

The location was very good - close to Avenida Paulista, in quite a safe and quiet place. Rooms really large with tiny kitchen. Very convenient small store open 24h next to the lobby. Breakfast in the restaurant next door - optional but quite tasty.
