Both studios we booked were really thoughtfully designed and put together. The first floor leafy decked verandah with fire pit was great as an eveni g rendezvous and each room has a private leafy patio to sit out.

Perhaps the very best property I stayed so far. Totally not expected in a city like in Sao Paulo. The apartment is the opposite of the sterile apts you find it so of often. Expert lay out, unique decoration, green, natural light and cooling.

“Amazing stylish apartment in a good location!”
Super stylish mini apartments with everything you need from cooking utensils to a fridge. Beds were super comfy too. The communication with Fàbio the owner was excellent and easy instructions to check yourself in. The level of detail to these apartments are phenomenal, really nice plants, furniture and small garden. There’s gyms, laundrettes and plenty of places to eat within a 10-15 min walk. I would 100% stay here again. Pretty centrally located so easy to get around!

The place was perfect! Clean, spacious, great service and a good location - in a quiet but safe neighbourhood, and very near the bustling Vila Madalena. Would definitely recommend staying here!
