The building is situated in a nice area, safe and within walking distance from all you may need during your stay, metro station, cafes, restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets, and even the nearby shopping mall which is just 10 minutes away. The studio apartment is spacious and clean and offers many amenities to help your stay. Is easy to make your online check-in and enter the building and the apartment without any problem even a bit earlier than your allowed time of 3:00 pm. Easy and helpful communication with the host through WhatsApp.

Super easy to collect the Key to arrival, the system is prepared for your arrival at any time. The building has a good security, with staff at the door and a reception. The amenities and the bussiness center exceed my expectation. The view from the business center is one of the best of SP.

“Great option for independent travellers looking for a stay not far from the airport.”
Modern and safe. Great to have a gym and pool. Close to Congonhas airport - but not too close. Lots of nice cafes nearby and there’s a SmartFit up the road too.
