De problema, apenas o horario de checkout as 11:00, isso é ridiculo e inviavel, no minimo as 12:00...sendo que por ser final de semana poderia ser ate mais tarde.

“WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE”
I had the most horrible experience of my life in this building. arriving yesterday night at 21.30 after thirteen hour of a journey. booking with the encouragement of the security guards a room to sleep. after I booked, did the online check In (it is all automated, all computers, no humans), they charged my credit card, I waited an hour to receive the code to enter the hotel - NOTHING. nobody could help me. the security guards of the building are not authorized to do anything.

Lovely new property, great pool, amazing gym/spa facilities, and 24hr self serve supermarket in lower floor. the room, is very well laid out, shower has lots of pressure, and tv/furniture all still in very new condition. internet ijs blazing fast around 400mbps (which is almost unheard of for rental properties in south america)
