Customer service and communication were an absolute joke. I am extremely disappointed with this property despite all the positive reviews. The access code was supposed to be sent at 15:00, and the customer service is claimed to be available 24/7 — yet our code was sent after 20:00. This caused us a great deal of stress, as we were left waiting in a foreign city in Brazil with all our belongings, not knowing whether we would even be able to enter the apartment. Completely unacceptable experience.

“Disappointing lack of cleaning and maintenance in rooms”
This property is within walking distance of CGH airport. The price is lower than other nearby business-class hotels. There are several restaurants within several blocks. The face recognition at the building entrance works ok, but it's a hassle to pre-register with the selfie, etc, and if you skip that step, then there's nobody in the lobby to help gain access, so you're on your own.
