“No able to check in due to double booking”
I was not able to check in to this booking last night. When I arrived I was informed that my room was already occupied due to a booking error on the property manager's part. I had to move to a different hotel. The hotel manager paid for my first night, but I paid for the second. I believe I should receive compensation for this.
