The views from the balcony were great and the size of the room was better than all the other hotels in the area. It was very easy to walk into the centre of Sao Bernardo and there are lots of restaurants and shops close by. The staff on reception are very welcoming and always ready to help, overall it was great value for money.

“Not great”
Very central location. Convenient for shopping eating and transportation. Good size balcony was useful. Lifts were always quick. Breakfast ok.
