Breakfast was very good, beans, a sausage with egg, and two cups of tea. The location is superb, literally on the beach. I actually liked the fact that it was all a bit run down. Almost nobody else staying there, hole in the mozzy net, cabinet below the bathroom sink about to collapse, key light bulb missing, but the fan, AC and shower worked. Looked to be a long time since the TV did! Would be worried about its future as Rainbow, next door, seems to be thriving.

The garden is beautiful, with loads of trees and shades. You are just next to the beach, which is amazing. The staff is very kind and helpful.

“A day at the beach”
Great location right on the beach. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The food we ordered was very good, including the breakfast, where we had a choice between scrambled eggs, fried eggs and omelettes. We were also served fruit.

“Such potential”
The staff were amazing and the location was perfect. A wonderful place to relax. Sadly a bit tired, AC didn’t work a lot of the time. The shower room did not drain so floor flooded. Lighting very dark in room. Needs some TLC as huge potential.

“Excellent value, friendly staff , noisy nights”
Food is basic but good value. Staff are helpful. Great location on the beach. Freshwater lakes to the rear. Saw 50 species of bird in the day I spent wandering locally.

Location for a good stay while listening to culture music all around especially if was the tourist season time , a few festivals like mama limbo , next door leybarto and tan tan close to the property which gives good entertainment and communion if choice needed for extra nice time :. “Peaceful and quiet budget place for those who like to relax on or near a quiet beach.”
Met my expectations. A quiet room in an off the track location where I could carry out my bird watching and bird photography. Evening meals were good and the staff and locals always friendly.

Amazing location right at a beautiful beach. The beach is kept super clean every day. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Definitely a place to come back! 100% recommendable!

“Could have stayed longer ♡”
Local place, beautiful garden with lots of birds and palm trees. Lovely 2 dogs and 2 cats on premises, all really friendly and sweet. Amazing staff, always smiling and willing to help. We stayed for 7 nights and it was great!
