Grand Hyatt Sanya Haitang Bay Resort and Spa is located in Haitang Bay, right beside the beach. Three themed swimming pools, the Huan Spa and a fully equipped fitness centre offer guests complete options for renewal and well-being. Our stay at the hotel was truly excellent. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfectly organized and exceeded our expectations. The hotel itself is fantastic—clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. What stood out the most was the professionalism of the staff. Everyone was courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with any request. Their positive attitude made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. A special mention goes to the dedicated guest caretaker—we had the pleasure of being looked after by Manager Rano. Her attention to detail and genuine care ensured that our stay was not only smooth but also memorable. It was clear that guest satisfaction is a top priority here. Overall, this was a wonderful experience, and we would gladly return in the future. Highly recommended.

“Good stay and excellent treatment”
Our stay at the hotel was very pleasant and comfortable. We would especially like to highlight Albert, a member of the reception staff, whose attention made all the difference. The hotel offers beautiful scenery, easy beach access, well-maintained gardens, festive decorations for Chinese New Year, attentive service, and good-quality food in the breakfast buffet and superb-quality dinner in Yu Cun restaurant.

“Peaceful relaxing trip”
The hotel looks quite impressive when we talked in, very peaceful. the staff were very helpful and friendly, we had a late checked in, they helped us with luggages and explained things well. breakfasts were really good, had lots of choice mix of western and Asian food. Easy access to a very quite beach which just the end of the hotel and they offered free photo shooting with 5 free pictures. the hotel is just next to the 68 food hall where has lots of restaurants.

“Kids friendly, not recommendable for couples (disappointing)”
Let's start with the day: we liked the wide range of selections at Breakfast buffet, from local to western cuisine. During sunset, we always took a nice walk along the beach, it takes maybe 5 minutes from the hotel to the beach front. It is not a private beach but quite clean and quiet. Our flight was late in the afternoon, so after check-out we chilled at the Lounge with AC.

“Exceptional customer service at Hyatt”
Exceptional service. Starting from Rocky to the rest of the staff at Grand Hyatt that went all out to make our stay at Hyatt an exceptional trip to Sanya. Rocky made huge customer service/ efforts to make our stay a memorable one. Shout out to Maggie, Chris and rest of the Hyatt team. Great breakfast selection. We really enjoyed the food at Pool grill. Overall a wonderful choice for holiday at Sanya.
