Pluspunten · All the service from Farhana. At first I was a little sad because the kids playzone was closed due toconstruction. Farhana assisted us with findin alternitive entertainment for our son. We enjoyed the mermaids and Beluga dancing. Farhane arranged tickets for the c show and we LOVED it. Tge waterpark is really cool. Cabana’s are needed for comfort at the splash zone, but they’re affordable. Thank you for everything Farhana

“An unforgettable stay”

Atlantis Sanya — honestly one of the best resort experiences we’ve had. In many ways, we liked it even more than Atlantis Dubai. The hotel itself is stunning, the aquarium is breathtaking, the waterpark is incredible, and the TCM clinic was surprisingly relaxing and high quality. A special thank you goes to Lisa, our butler. Without her, the stay would have been much more difficult, especially considering that almost nobody spoke English. She truly saved our trip multiple times, helped with every issue immediately, and made us feel taken care of throughout the entire stay. If you stay here, Lisa is an absolute gem. The Imperial Club is also 100% worth it — highly recommend booking it. It completely changes the experience and makes the stay feel much more premium and comfortable.

“Simply amazing”

Simply an amazing hotel. Great pool facilities with direct access to the waterpark. Breakfast offered a wide selection (mainly Chinese) at good quality and also a few cafes and restaurants in the premises. Every evening live music at the pools and we also visited the play/musical which we highly recommend. Staff was very helpful and special thanks to Dasha who did an amazing job with helping us making the most out of our stay and she also helped with booking restaurants and massages outside the hotel.

Our stay at Sanya Atlantis was memorable. The staff truly stood out — Our bottler, Elena, and John at reception, both spoke flawless English and carried themselves with professionalism and warmth. Elena also went above and beyond, always available for our requests and ensuring everything ran smoothly. The resort’s direct access to the water park and aquarium is another major advantage.

Atlantis Sanya is an incredible destination where everything you need is in one place. My birthday stay was made truly unforgettable thanks to my personal butler, Farhana. From the moment we arrived, Farhana took care of every single detail, even surprising me with a beautiful birthday cake! Her level of care was exceptional, but she wasn’t alone—the entire staff was incredibly attentive and professional, making us feel like VIPs throughout the hotel. Our room was a highlight in itself, offering superb views of the sea and the waterpark. It was impeccably clean and featured thoughtful touches like a complimentary minibar and a fresh selection of local fruits waiting for us. The facilities are endless. We had free, unlimited access to the waterpark, which is world-class with a wave pool, slides for all thrill levels, and the dolphin/seal show was a fantastic experience for the whole family. Between the daily pool bubble parties, the two different pool areas, and the live music every night, the energy was amazing. The dining was a culinary journey. The buffet breakfast was vast, and the dinner buffet was spectacular, featuring high-end options from steak and crab to hotpot and fresh sushi. We also enjoyed the variety offered by the a la carte restaurants (Bread Street Kitchen) and the food court. We truly didn’t need to leave the resort for anything. It was the best place to spend my birthday, and Farhana made everything perfect!

Everything was top-notch. Cleanliness, rooms, breakfast, service. As for the service, you could probably write a book about how it should be. We were very pleased. The hotel is large, but it didn't feel crowded. Our vacation was wonderful, and we'll definitely be back.

Robert, our butler, was amazing. For my niece’s birthday, he went above and beyond—preparing a cake, decorating the room, and even gifting small soft toys the kids loved. It made the day truly special. He was warm, friendly, and always happy to answer our questions. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide, high-quality selection. The hotel is fantastic for families—the waterpark, aquarium, and dolphinarium are all great for kids and incredibly convenient to have on-site. I also loved the little book about the aquarium’s sea animals in our room.

Huge but well-maintained property. Perfect for a short stay with children – our kids had a great time at the aquarium and the water park. It’s also really cool that each room is assigned a butler. Our butler Robert did an excellent job, anticipated our every need, and supported us wonderfully. We were completely satisfied.

Despite a rocky, frustrating check-in, our stay was saved by our butler Farhana. From the moment she stepped in, she handled everything with grace and efficiency—offering a warm greeting to deliver us our room keys , personally resolving our room and payment issues booking shows for us, and checking in on us throughout the stay. She turned what could have been a ruined trip into a genuinely pleasant experience. The hotel is lucky to have her!
