Breakfast was bland at best. In need of variety. A monotonous menu is off putting. The weakest part of the hotel experience. Balcony is outstanding.

The gym in the photos is completely oversold. Not even one treadmill they have and the other equipment are very neglected and worn out. We had facilities coming up 2x once to replace a coffee machine and another time to repair the AC that started to leak. The staff were lovely and quick to fix both issues. The dar park is very tight to manoeuvre - but again the staff was very pleasant to deal with. The room was good, has a good fridge and washing machine and all utensils. Breakfast is quite decent. I didn’t try the pool. Oh very good shower too. Bed was just ok.

Charged for "Free" parking! Only R$ 30,00 but free parking should be free!

Decent. No orange juice the first two days. Perhaps more appetizing dishes. Donuts?… Bacon or sausage… pancakes, etc. Michelle (breakfast area) was especially attentive and helpful. Kudos! Luciana (front desk) efficient, knowledgeable, accommodating. Look forward to seeing her again.

9/10. Eggs were especially good. Perhaps some bacon or sausage (typically American). Pastry is always a nice touch as well. I had to ask for cold milk for the cereal…

It has all the amenities you need for a short or long term stay such as kitchen, fridge, utensils etc and it’s close to the beach, about a 6 minute walk. I would recommend for any beachgoers.

Great apartment with a kitchen that compromises of a cooker, oven microwave, refrigerator,cooking and cleaning utensils. It’s perfect for staying close to the beach which is only an 6minute walk away. Plenty of amenities in the vicinity and local supermarkets to stock up on your beach supplies. I would stay here again.

The place was amazing close to the beach. Location is outstanding and amazing. There is market included with the building you can buy and serve yourself.

Very friendly staff, on both days there was someone able to speak English. They suggested routes to walk and what parts to avoid and overall it was a great short stay.

Great stay. Wish we had more than one night. Santos is great.

“Very disappointing how can the hotel unjustly charge my card 273 for a hotel I paid everything at on”

I arrived a day before the date I booked so I had to wait for 20mins for the room to be put in order. I did not want to write a review,due to the unjust charge of 273 reais on my credit card I have decided to say a few words.. Will I want to go back there? NEVER. Will I recommend someone to go there Never. Secondly, if you know you will give client's a lengthy contract to sign which is all in Portuguese do them a favour by giving them ahead of time not when I had call in an Uber 3mins to check out am slammed with a 2-4 page contract to sign. I have never had such an experience with hotels since I started travelling. 😒

“Wonderful and accommodating staff!”

From the moment of check-in, to the moment we left, everyone was wonderful. We had a few "bumps" with the hottub and safe not working in our room, but the manager quickly moved us to a new room where everything was in working order. We especially loved the morning buffet breakfast! All and all, this is a wonderful place to stay with helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommend!
