Great place to stay when on the Camino de Santiago. The place turned out to be a surf school/camp which wasn't clear on the booking.com site but this did not bother us. When we arrived end of September their season seemed nearly over. Hardly any guests other than us. Still we were nicely welcomed and shown around. We were lucky to have the dorm and bathroom to ourselves. Everything was extremely clean and well maintained. We were able to use the kitchen to prepare a salad and eat in the dining room. We did not take breakfast in the morning though. Although there was some building work on the next property it was very quiet over night. No roadside noises at all.

Basic, well designed and run. I ran late for check in arriving just before 9 PM and they still allowed me to stay. It was not terrible busy and I was lucky to stay in a four bunk bed room with adjacent bathroom alone.

It’s a functional hostel

No coffee service in the morning. I didn't find any place for coffee at 7-7.30 in the morning close to the hostel. Cafes open at 9 or so. If you stay here for camino de Santiago think to prepare your breakfast yourself. The first place I got my cofee and torlilla was in Noja, after 2 hours of walk. 1 shower in the room for 6 people is not enoegh. There should be an access to extra showers/toilets.

Good location for walking and the beach, clean and roomy.

Staff was very helpful. Great modern key system. The room had only six beds, and it included a bathroom. Very quiet location (too cold to surf so may be different in high season).
