Featuring a terrace, Hostal de Berria offers simple accommodation in the Las Marismas de Santoña National Park. The property is only 20 metres from the sea and has a surfing school where guests can rent surfing equipment. Rooms include a TV and sea views (some have windows and some have terraces). There is a restaurant on site that serves hamburgers. Hostal de Berria is a 5-minute drive from the centre of Santona. Santander is a 30-minute drive away.

“Beautiful beach getaway with cozy lively hotel”
It was so close to the beach, very peaceful and such a good cozy atmosphere. The host was very welcoming and nice!

“Nice Location”

“Hotel right on the beach with a great breakfast.”
We stayed at the property for 1 night while walking the Camino Norte. The property is right along the route. The property is a popular place for groups of youngsters attending the surf schools in Berria. The breakfast was include and really good.

“A wonderful beach break with sublime view”
We loved our stay here! The room was super spacious with a beautiful view to the beach and sea - we could literally see and hear the waves from bed. The shower was so hot and powerful, a lovely treat after a cold sea swim! The Wi-Fi was excellent. And the breakfast was perfect, really nice selection. The owners went above and beyond to accommodate our early departure on our last day, and even provided a packed breakfast for us. It was great to have the bar downstairs for drinks and snacks. Would definitely recommend this place and we would love to return!

“Amazing location, superb view and just relaxing at the beach!”
Absolutely superb location! It is soooooo lovely to just be so close to the beach, friendly people taking care of you and just enjoying the sunset or sunrise at the beach (it literally is a few steps away).

“We loved Bilbao - but the hostel was disappointing”
The hostel location was perfect, right in the old town. There is easy access via metro or tram and the city itself is fabulous. The keycode system made everyone feel very secure.
