It was easy to find, the access process was well communicated. My room was super clean, bathroom exactly adjacent. Common space included tea and coffee, plus lots of leaflets and suggestions for dinner or activities. Pilgrim stamp available in the common room. Host was super helpful, great communication! Highly recommend Alojamiento La Ballena to pilgrims and visitors to Santoña.

The room was small although comfortable, the location was good and it was quiet. The room came with a fan and windows to open which was amazing. Although we didn’t meet any staff the communication was efficient. The small kitchen was helpful and it was worth the money.

I was allowed to keep my bike in the hallway. The (shared) bathrooms were clean and big enough, the room was clean.

“Spotless. comfortable, incredible value”
Possibly the best value, spotlessly clean and comfortable room on the Camino! Every detail considered and I’d return like a shot. Shared bathrooms were clean, never a problem with privacy or waiting for bathrooms. Very easy WhatsApp checking in system.
