You spend a night in historical town which after earthquakes is a bit ghostly (at least out of season). Streets paved with stones, poorly illuminated. This Accommodation was not very easy to localise. But the stay was perfect with sumptuos breakfast in "great hall". No problem with parking but you need to carry luggage as wheels would not work on uneven surface. The neighbourhood is impressive and within few kms one can visit several attractions. The host is very kind and helpful despite difficulties in communication in English. Morning coffee was excellent.

Located in the very heart of Santo Stefano and very close to free public parking. You are steps away from everything, because one actually has to walk everywhere. The rooms are cute and Mirella, you host, will delight you with a sweet or salty mostly home made treats at breakfast. One of the best breakfast we ever had in Italian B&Bs. She is also very available and a sweet natured person.

The house is carefully decorated, breathing the history of the place embedded in the beautiful landscape. We were warmly welcomed and enjoyed a fantastic, local breakfast. Thank you very much.

Perfect place to say. Wonderful hospitality and a real feeling of being in a beatiful historic building in such a nice location. Breakfasts were great and the view from the breakfast room window incredible.
