“Beautiful apartment with amazing views of mountains from balcony”
Fabulous apartment. Amazing and beautiful view from the balcony. Apartment was elegant and comfortable. Vincente was on hand for all advice and particularly helped us with finding hiking routes right from the door.

The view from house is amazing, the apartment is very big. But the best is the owner Vincenzo that cared for us like for own family 😊- even took us to the town 10 km far as there was no bus, he really helped us a lot even if he didn't have to 🙏 we recommend to stay in his house, the hospitality, location, everything is perfect. Thank you so much!

Vincenzo met us to check in and introduce the apartment to us. We are able to park the car next to the apartment. He is very kind and always check on us if we needed anything.

The views are gorgeous, the studio nice and clean with everything one needs, just a 5’ walk from the center of Santo Stefano. The road didn‘t bother us at all and we enjoyed the use of the Terrace of the apartment on the lower floor, which wasn‘t rented.

“There were drawbacks”
Location is very good for those who go to mountains. Campo imperatore is not far away by car. The heating worked very well, as well as shower (if you use top shower, it is badly designed and water splashes all over the place; use the one with the hand, then it is perfect) and hot water. Beds were very comfortable. Parking was easy (in May). Lady who is taking care of/managing the place is very nice and helpful. If I am back, I will take another room, not the one under the roof (photos were misleading).
