We were in the two-story apartment closest to the street front. The host was very kind, although he only spoke Italian and not English, but he tried to give us all the information we needed. He recommended places to visit, restaurants, and beaches. The pool was the highlight of the accommodation—it was clean, large, and the water quality and temperature were impeccable. The children loved the pool. The location of the accommodation was fine, and the apartment had a parking space within the enclosed garden. Grocery stores and shopping facilities were within a 5-minute drive. The layout of the apartment is advantageous, with small a kitchen-dining room and a bedroom with two separate beds on the lower level. Both rooms are equipped with air conditioning. On the upper level, there is a bedroom and a balcony, as well as a large bathroom with a toilet and shower. The water pressure in the shower was fine. The upper bedroom also has air conditioning. In the upper bedroom, there was a large double bed and an extra single guest bed. We were provided with towels in various sizes and bedding (a sheet was placed on the bed as a blanket, which is typical of other Italian accommodations). There is selective waste collection, which the host kindly explained to us. Since the location, the pool, and the layout of the apartment are basically great, if they were to modernize it, clean it properly, and pay more attention to making sure everything works and is clean, the whole apartment could be really nice. But it is not right now.
