“Good location at a reasonable price. Could do with full time reception staff!”
The manager (Daria) of the apartment complex is very pleasant, helpful and communicative. After a few sleepless nights I was unsatisfied with the noise experienced in apartment 304. The loud music being played by people in a neighbouring property was a matter completely outside the control of the management but I was offered an apartment in another part of the building. Problem solved! Good location for those who want to be in the centre of Zona Colonial.

“Very well located and quiet”
The apartment is very well located, simple but has everything you need for a good stay and quick cooking if needed. The big plus is the quietness of the place, in a vibrant city like Santo Domingo you like to have a good sleep, and this was the case.

Very nice rooms for a few nights in the city. The location is perfect, we felt very safe even after dark. The view from the nice rooftop is fantastic! Would recommend any time
