The staff was absolutely amazing—so helpful, friendly, and kind. They were also really open to sharing their cultures, which made the experience even better. From the front desk team (both day and night), to the bar staff on the evening and night shifts, to the restaurant floor team and the folks at Suspiros Bakery Deli—everyone was just wonderful. It was genuinely comforting and enjoyable talking with all of them. What a great team!

“Ok for a 1-2 business stay over”
Hotel generally clean and tidy with friendly reception staff. Location is quite noisy generally due to busy traffic and the 24hr taxi rank based on the perimeter of the main entrance. Noise from the main road isn't helped due to windows that are single glazed and don't properly shut. On arrival my blackout blind fell down as it was only stuck to the wall by duck tape, however this was rectified upon reporting to the maintenance. Breakfast poor for the additional price charged. And pool area not the most relaxing or clean. Not a hotel for a long stay, but a safe reliable destination for a 1 or 2 night business trip. Big bonus Is the free use of the local gym facilities across the road which is first class.
