My bank statement reflects a charge of approximately $40 more than the price originally confirmed on my Booking.com reservation. Furthermore, the refrigerator in my room was malfunctioning (not cooling). When I reported this to reception, I was informed that the refrigerators in all rooms are intended for storage only and are not designed to cool items.

“This is the excellent hotel”

“The room information on booking is misleading. The rooms do NOT look like that in person.”
The room advertised was NOT what was actually there. I asked repeatedly to be moved to the room i paid for but was told they do not have the rooms that look like the ones on the site. I cancelled my room and requested a refund since the room was way too small for me. More than a month after and i have not received my refund.

We showed end for breakfast at closing time. Even tho breakfast was over, the staff encouraged us to eat. I think that was the bet part of our stay
