“Location is good, rooms don't have a fridge and are very loud , no hot water”
The room they first offered me wasn't at all what I booked. When I told the receptionist, I would be given another room. In the room there is a kind of ventilation installed (not from the air conditioning) that makes a lot of noise and you can't turn it off. I couldn't sleep at all after a 10 hour flight..

We have decided not to stay in this place considering that we had an extra guest and that the only triple room they could offer us at the time was nothing close to a place you would feel in safety for your health. It appears that one building has very poor maintained bedrooms while others are fine. But the smell, lightning and the general state of maintenance of the room we were offered made us go.

“Love it”

“Comfortable and clean room. Fun and kind staff!”
The room was very comfortable and bd the whole place was very clean. Easy to reach places and very close to the Malecon. The receptionist lady was very fun! Highly recommended. Safe district.
