Well l arrived around 7pm, everything fine, the bedrooms was good too, but when l wanted to do check out around 6:40am, l assumed that someone would be at the reception, but there was nobody there, idk what happened, I had to jump out of a window that was open

The room of Standard double suite was not available. The receptionist said the photo was 10 years old and they no longer have those rooms. We were offered a small room with 2 queen size beds but the door could not open fully as there was no space. Did not stay found another place to stay. The receptionist was very rude.
