for what i paid for the room i could not be more happy. the room was decent sized and so was the bathroom. it had a tv and wi fi. the location was 2 minute walk to the main highway where the ocean is

The staff had a cold and neutral attitude. Just because the hotel doesn't have many stars, you can expect the staff to be friendly. Even if you don't speak English, you can at least get a different feeling than the one I got here. Also, it felt a bit scammy to have a very high exchange rate between USD and pesos, which made the accommodation 10% more expensive than the booking price, the first time I've experienced it.

The location is easy to access, the room was very clean being honest.

I am used to low cost accomodations but i would not go back here . Room with no windows, not even a fan in the toilet. Wifi going on/off randomly, barely working in the room and only in some points. The lady at the reception made me wait for breakfast for 1 hour and then I had no breakfast no reasons.. lots of cucarachas in the room, sometimes in the bed. Also, the water did not work in the room for some hours. You can find better accomodation in Santo Domingo for this price range

I like the exterior and beach location. Well you have hot water and breakfast sandwich with juice. No problem

The furnitures are old, the place it self smells OLD, the manager isn’t customer friendly, the beds have stains, the AC soak the bed I didn’t sleep I can go on but I won’t

Not a safe place to stay. Location is good, but the facility lacks proper security and physical infrastructure to keep robbers off the premises. Some windows can be opened from the outside.

This place is very centrally located, and they were extremely accomodating to our arrival time. The bed was comfortable and clean, and everything from check in to checkout went smoothly.
