We came back at night at the hotel and water was off. We waited for 40 minutes for the staff to repair the problem. The staff wasn't helping a lot. We went to back without water (no shower, no possibility to go to the bathroom either). No discount was offered nor excuses. Location was the only thing that was good.

“I love this hotel, the location and the price.”
I stayed at La Colonia twice within a week. The safe was broken in my room - 202. I told reception and asked for another one but that did not happen. Regarding my second stay for one night in Room 302 - I couldn't get the shower to work, the bathroom light was out and I couldn't get the safe to work...I am familiar with safes because I travel a lot so it would be prudent to post instructions, as a suggestion.

“Not worth.”
Loud and noisy place. Tiny bath room. For party people, it could work I guess, but I’m not.
