Everything was wonderful! The staff was polite, the rooms were clean, the air conditioning was quiet, and there was no odor in the room. The staff even helped print a few documents I urgently needed, which saved us from running around the city. We forgot a water bottle and a pair of shoes at the hotel, and when we returned later, the staff kindly returned everything — which was amazing!

Here is the English version of your review: Inadequate Service Following Theft in the Hotel Parking Lot During my stay at this hotel, my car's side mirror was stolen overnight from the supposedly secure hotel parking lot. Despite the presence of surveillance cameras, I was informed that nothing was visible on the recordings—an implausible claim, as my vehicle was fully intact upon arrival. I only discovered the theft in the morning when I received a warning signal. Despite these clear circumstances, the hotel offered no assistance whatsoever. A disappointing response to an incident that occurred in what was supposed to be a secure parking area.

The hotel contacted me before my stay to ask for my arrival time, then sent a message with a threatening tone, saying that if I didn’t check in within one hour of my stated time, they would cancel my reservation due to high demand. When I arrived exactly on time, they told me the hotel was already full, making my reservation meaningless. Instead, they offered to send me to another hotel they owned, which supposedly included breakfast and a pool. The new hotel was a downgrade but seemed acceptable, so they proceeded to charge me the full amount. Only after taking my payment did they check if the second hotel had space—which it didn’t. At that point, they sent me to yet another hotel in a different location, which was clearly a much lower-tier establishment. When I arrived, the hotel was in poor condition—dirty, badly maintained, and chaotic. There was a scene in the lobby with other guests arguing about lost reservations and unready rooms. My room was small, which wasn’t a problem, but the bed was tiny for two people, there were no towels, the door had visible scratches near the lock, and the bathroom wasn’t clean. In the morning, I asked for towels, only to be told that there were none available. The staff eventually found me a single ripped towel. Once I got home, I checked the price of the hotel I was ultimately sent to and saw it was significantly cheaper than the one I originally booked—yet I was charged the full price. This experience was frustrating and felt like a scam. I had stayed at the original hotel before and had a good experience, but this bait-and-switch tactic left a very bad impression.
