they gave me a room right next to the street and 3m away from the reception desk. paper thin wals so most of the night I couldn't sleep because I heard everything the night receptionist was watching. after I heard him snoring so clearly that I thought I am sharing my room with someone. I slept three hours the whole night.

The hotel was nice and peaceful, making it a good place to relax. The room was fairly spacious, with enough room for my belongings and luggage. The shower facilities were also spacious, which I really appreciated. The bed was comfortable and ensured a good night’s sleep. There were quite a lot of stairs in the building, but that didn’t bother me at all. I’m used to carrying my own luggage. The area felt safe and quiet, and the price was very affordable.

Great location, close to the colonial zone but in a quiet area. Nice building with common space at each level. The owner was very nice and helpful, upgrading my room to compensate for the AC not working. Overall a great stay!

“Basic but good value and location”

Location was good, 15 min walk to Plaza Colon, on the edge of the core colonial center with a nice, less touristy vibe. Host was pleasant. Our son was sick so we were able to pay extra for an early checkin. Seemed secure as the front door was locked at all times and someone at the desk. Shower was good although took awhile for the hot water to heat up. TV had Netflix, Prime and YouTube which actually worked!

“Rude receptionist, no customer service skills”

The man at reception, Luis Salazar was the rudest I have ever come across in all my travels across the world. He was quick to argue, interrupting me every time I spoke, raising his voice, no desire to be accommodating or helpful. He told me that I should take my money and leave because I had asked him if the room had a window (as it is displayed on booking.com, and as I had requested explicitly once I made the reservation, to which the response was: we will do our best to accommodate you). He was so rude, condescending, and harsh and completely lacked good customer service skills. It’s the first place I have had to leave due to rudeness of staff.

Room was good size, very comfortable bed. There was no window in room which was not a problem as we were there just for few hours to get some sleep after flight
