“I needed to revamp so I stay mostly in their beautiful back full of greenery”
too much noise most of the time. cleaning crew woking you up early just to pick up dirty towels not cleaning the room right away. No one speaking any other Languague just Spanish. Many times the forget to leave needing amenities as I clean towels.

“Terrible experience”
After I arrived they told me the wifi was not available in my room, so I had to use my phone's internet and I didn't have a signal inside the room. All electronics were outdated, there was only one socket with 3 holes in the whole apartment and I am glad that I took my laptop because I had to use it the whole weekend because there was no entertainment inside the room. They told me the kitchen had everything we needed to cook, I went in there with food to cook and we had like one pot, 2 spoons and one knife. I had to eat spaguetti with a spoon. Terrible experience.

“Cant stay in a place where unsafe and uncormfotable”
Had to leave when walked into the room Took a cab to another hotel Area is unsafe in the evening. Asked for cancellation refund, refused.. keep it, chump change, just needed overnight lodging for early morning trip..

Personnel at the front were polite and helpful I can remember name of one oh wow she is an amazing person her name Natasha . The employees from the bar at night they are very rude not helpful at all. The manager really need to talk to them other than that everything about the hotel is wonderful I will be back

“Acuarium is a nice place to stay but needs to be more competitive.”
The staff is friendly and supportive. It was also good to find a few people who can express themselves in many languages. The space is secure and the room met my expectations. The food is good. I like the pool.
