This hostel is very friendly and in a good location. We felt safe wondering around after dark and it was near some very good places to eat as well as having a well equipped shared kitchen.

The location is amazing - the neighbourhood is very calm, green and safe. Walking distance to the Centro Costanera mall and the Gran Torre. The outdoor areas of the hostel are also nice.

“Favourite place in Santiago”
I love the atmosphere, the building is beautiful and located in a fantastic neighbourhood! The staff is lovely and helpful. We returned 4 times during our travels .

We arrived early and offered to pay for an early check in, however, it took more than one hour before we were able to access our room. During this time, while we were speaking with one staff member about the facilities, another staff member was on the phone. In the middle of our conversation, she turned the phone volume up on speaker, which felt quite rude and unprofessional. Additionally, after spending the whole day out, we returned to our room and found that the automatic locker was not working. We then had to spend at least another hour trying to locate a staff member to assist us. Overall, this experience was quite frustrating and did not meet our expectations.

The hostel has a very relaxed and positive atmosphere, I especially liked the small patio to hang out. It is in walking distance to lots of cafes and restaurants and generally in a good neighborhood. Would stay there again.

Really beautiful and clean. Comfortable bed and friendly staff. Large well equipped kitchen. Good location with bakeries and shopping centre a short walk away.

A lovely hostel in a lovely of Santiago. The hostel has plenty of areas to relax. The hostel has a very chilled vibe. I enjoyed my stay so much that I stayed again when I came back to Santiago.
