Room was luxurious and excellent value. Staff were friendly and professional. Evening meal in restaurant was really good. Neighbourhood is peaceful and upmarket, with many external dining and shopping options. Lounge area nice for relaxing or meeting.

“Very good option in Santiago”
Our family had a good time at Wyndham Santiago Pettra. First off, the location was perfect to our needs as it was super close to restaurants, shopping mall and on the way to the mountains for skiing. The facilities are beautiful and fairly quiet at night. The room was really comfortable — clean, cozy, and the bed was amazing after a long day out exploring. We slept so well! The breakfast buffet was very good. Plenty of tasty options, fresh coffee, and a relaxed vibe. Great way to start the day. The staff were super friendly and always happy to help with anything we needed. It just made the whole experience feel welcoming. Also, having parking right on site was a huge plus - no big stress trying to find a spot or worry about the car. Just parked and relaxed. Not sure about the public transportation options in the area, though. All in all, we’d stay here again. It just made our trip that much better.

I have stayed at this hotel several times over the past decade, this is the first time under the "Wyndham" brand. Very comfortable and quiet, close to an up-market mall, excellent restaurant and breakfast, efficient and pleasant staff. No complaints at all, recommended without reservation.

Nice location, comfortable room with enough space for 2 adults and 1 child (7 years). The shower was very good with great water pressure. Good curtains, thick to keep the light blocked and sleep peacefully.
