As friendly reception as I have ever received, especially arriving late. Accommodated my fussy request to move rooms with a smile, not doing it as a chore. Excellent (safe) location, nice breakfast, big room. An easy five stars.

“A comfrtable stay marred by management decisions”
The location close to the subway was convenient. All day coffee was good. A good supermarket was a 10 minute walk.

“Excellent hotel, central location and service”
Great location with central, next to Salvador station on L1 main line for most tourist attraction. King size bed, streaming TV and movie available. Big bedroom and bathroom. Freshly cooked scrambled of your choice, and 24/7 available snacks, coffee and water refill. Very clean and comfortable communal space too. Staff were very helpful even though they spoke no English.

“Perfect base for Santiago”
Great location right near a metro station, included daily breakfast was lovely and ability to help yourself to tea / coffee / snacks at any time. Room was spacious, comfortable bed and modern bathroom. Whole property was clean and all staff encountered were friendly and helpful.

A wonderful small hotel with a very personal touch. The owner is incredibly welcoming and clearly cares about every detail. The rooms are beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully designed, and the bed is exceptionally comfortable. Overall, a fantastic place to stay—warm, relaxing, and highly recommended.

Super Location right next to the metro station, nice room, good breakfast and also the possibility to use the tea/coffee area all day long as well as the fridge etc. Very good base to explore Santiago.

“A great place to stay at the heart of Providencia with good facilities.”

“A comfortable, safe stay with spacious rooms, great location, and very friendly staff.”
This is a safe and well-maintained property. The location is excellent—about a 20-minute walk to the city centre and just a 2-minute walk to the metro. The rooms are clean, very spacious, and comfortable. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, making the stay very pleasant.

Central location, spacious room, good breakfast, bottomless coffee and cookies. Tinka is a wonderful place to stay.
