We are happy that we decided to stay at the Santiago Center Apart. We recommend this place with complete confidence. This was our first trip to Chile and at first we rented a room for only one night, but then extended it for another two nights. Our room was very clean, comfortable, cozy and in a great location. The room had everything you needed, Wi-Fi and a convenient parking space. Nearby are cafes and restaurants with delicious food, shops, currency exchange and a very beautiful walking center. On the recommendation of the owner Andres, we enjoyed the most delicious coffee and breakfast right in the cafe opposite. We thank Andres from the bottom of our hearts for his wonderful hospitality, advice, help and care. Andres' help and tips helped us a lot. We have only the best impressions. A beautiful country with wonderful and welcoming people. We hope to come back for longer someday and will definitely stay with Andres again. Thank you Andres so much! Fantastic host - I don't think I have ever met a more proactive, friendly, attentive, and kind host! Even weeks before our trip, Andrés started communicating with us to make sure that we had everything we needed. We arrived at around 4am in Santiago and he went out of his way to arrange for us to have a smooth check in and even got us some groceries. He made himself very available throughout our stay and was also great at sharing tips and giving us guidance. The apartment - The bed was super comfortable, great shower pressure, amazing location - super easy to get anywhere! We were very grateful that Andrés was nice enough to upgrade us from our studio reservation to the apartment, which was very comfortable.

The stay was one of the best in our lifetime. We travel a lot and never have had such an incredibly good service before. We got fantastic information, help day and night. We felt like we stayed with family. The room was also absolutely great, but the real experience was not Santiago de Chile or the room, but the service and the help of our friend. Excellent host, Andres, competent in English and Italian and wholly committed to the well being of his guests.Excellent apartment. The metro stop Universidad de Chile is a one minute walk. You couldn’t find a more central location, it seems to me. I spent a most comfortable, peaceful and relaxing time in a clean and airy apartment. The balcony while narrow is longish. The bedroom and living room are fitted with thick curtains which you need in Santiago which in the Summer months is blessed with far more than itsfair share of sun and light. The bedroom and bathroom were professionally kitted out , more like a professional hotel, between 3 stars and 4 stars. The living room has a large and comfortable sofa which had a clean, soft covering, (for me, important). I spent many an hour relaxing and dozing on this sofa. There were two stand–up electric fans which were adequate most of the time, though when the Santiago summer temperature reaches 38 degrees (which it did), an effective, albeit slightly noisy, air conditioning system brings cool comfort in the heat. The kitchenette had the usual modern appliances, a large fridge and an oven (though I never used it) and an unmarked (i.e. new) set of quality crockery and cutlery. It was these little touches which showed that someone had thought about the type of accommodation being provided to a paying customer. I will just add a word about the door– code entry system. I never had to check that I had a door key or card before I went out. I simply left and closed the door. This was such a stress free system. There are many U–tube videos sensationalising potential dangers of Santiago, none of which corresponded to my experiences during my two–week stay in this intriguing city. Chile is culturally extremely interesting; the country vast, easily deserving of several visits. Finally, I would mention the importance of being able to return to an abode which was safe, quiet and provided for me a home from home during my stay. Gracias

Andres was very helpful and reactive. When we had a small technical problem he came with a staff to immediately solve it. The apartment is well equipped with everything needed. Very central location.

The apartment is in an excellent location in Santiago center. The host Andres was extremely helpful and patient, he helped my mom a lot with different things, he was checking on her permanently which was very nice of him. The apartment is in very good conditions, maybe the lightening and decoration can be improved, but it has all you need for a short stay. Very close to the main Avenue in Stgo, close to all kind of shops. I highly recommend it. Thanks Andres a lot for everything.

Central location. The apartment was large enough, with good airconditioning and a good shower. The street has nearly no traffic and is quiet during the night. Our host, Andrés, was a true delight: very helpful and friendly! We would definitely stay here again.
