Property was nice and clean and it’s located at nice suburbs. A convince store is next door, with a shopping mall at a distance of almost 200-300m Breakfast spread was good with great options for both vegetarian and non vegetarian. Staff at restaurant was courteous and they went extra mile to make your stay a pleasant one. Overall a good place to stay.

“Comfortable and clean”
Great location, very close to Unimarc, a local supermarket, also very convenient to get round in Santiago. Very clean and safe neighbourhood. The hotel lobby was beautiful, the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was ok but one morning was extremely busy but others were not so busy. The receptionists were friendly and very accommodating, responsive to our questions prior to our arrival. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

Everything about the hotel was excellent. The hotel has great facilities, the room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was busy, but there was a great choice from hot and cold dishes. We ate in the restaurant in the evenings and there was a good choice on the menu. Lovely location with nearby parks and shops. We travelled about by Uber, which was easy to order and reasonably priced. All the staff were lovely but a special mention to Michael and Sebastian in the restaurant who couldn't have been more helpful.

“Nice hotel, Gym needs some attention.”
Excellent breakfast, super clean and tidy. Rooms are really organizer, AC works good, Room-service and laundry also really good, close to a lot of a facilities.

Breakfast with many options, allergen free included. Clean, spacious and quiet room. Staff is very kind. Hotel is near to various shopping centers and 500 mts from line 1 subway station, it takes you to the main spots in 35 min trip and that's very convenient if you want to avoid spend time in traffic
