“Good location”
This is a great Hotel that I have stayed at before away from the main "hight Street" so a little cheaper, very comfortable and enjoyable Hotel. Pool on 17th Floor along with a bar.

First of all, I want to say that it is not a bad hotel. It is lovely….just not a 5 star. The little things are noticeable. Loose door handle on the shower door, mould on silicone in shower, didn’t fill hair conditioner bottle during entire 4 day stay (only had 1 service but it was empty when we got there), had to hold the toilet flush the entire time otherwise not enough pressure…things like that that added up. But overall, the location was lovely, the rooms were very spacious and the staff were so friendly and accomodating. The breakfast each morning was nice also and it was really nice to have a moderate size refrigerator in the room along with a microwave to reheat leftovers. The coffee maker was a nice added touch also- we brought our own pods and had coffee at our leisure.

At time of our reservation there was no mentioning, that the Hotel is under construction !!! Building noise from 09:00 until 18:00 everywhere and no roof top facilities except rundown pool. The whole hotel and rooms are in a poor state. We were handed a sheet while checking in, that the Hotel was under constuction thus no mentioning of closed roof top bar etc. A mail regarding these topics to the management was not answered.

“Great hotel in a safe location.”
This hotel was great. Our room was very spacious with a separate lounge room and kitchen. The bed was very comfortable. The restaurant was excellent (and made the best pisco sours we had anywhere in Chile). Importantly, the area felt very safe and we enjoyed walking around the nearby streets.
