Great location in city.

Close to the central part of the city - museums, restaurants, close to the suburbs of Bella Vista and Yungay

The location in the central heritage area of Santiaho, was perfect for our needs. We could walk to te museums and art galleries. It was close to the listed walks which also went to the Central Market and barrio of Bella Vista.

Fantastic price as a last minute deal, small kitchenette with fridge that was perfect for cooking some meals, great shower temp and pressure, really comfy bed, plenty of tv channels available, got a snack of sandwiches, yoghurt, tea and juice every day at 3pm for free, good location only a short walk from some of the main areas of the city, receptionists very attentive and helpful, good WiFi

Very clean in a great location within easy walk to sights. Supermarket nearby. Complimentary snacks in fridge. Large comfortable bed. Definitely value for money.

We stayed 4 times in 2 months as we moved around South America. Staff members are extremely helpful, letting us keep our excess luggage in storage. Location is super convenient to everything in central Santiago. And while the rooms are not new, they are spacious with kitchenette to self cater, with everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay. The daily breakfast pack in the serviced rooms is a nice touch.

“Lofts with a view !”

The Loft Apartments are simple the BEST !!! We had a view of Cerro Santa Lucia, which was wonderful ! Lovely reception staff. Loved it, will stay here again !!

All major attractions are accessible on foot because of the hotel's central location. The street is well-lit so it feels safe to return at night. Restaurants are nearby and a supermarket is located next street. Barria Lastarria is only 5-10mins walk away.

Easy to locate by public transport and also a short ride by taxi from the airport, Extremely spacious room and superbly clean, Central location and many local facilities close at hand. Reception staff were multilingual and exceptiona;lly helpful. Also, unadvertised aternoon "snack" provided that effectively covered breakfast.

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff, and fast internet. There is no food services, so a breakfast of a small sandwich and drinks are left in your room, which was really convenient for me as I had an early flight and was able to take it with me
