The person at the front desk made out check in process very difficult, he wasn’t very helpful considering it was 5 in the morning. He didn’t show proactive when trying to find the parking person in charge of opening the garage, he wouldn’t accept my husband ID because it was an American driver’s license, even though I was the one who made the reservation and did show my passport. He took forever to check us in because our room was a “no show” even though I sent an email beforehand saying we would arrive at around that time. He made us a sign one paper that was about wanting or declining to receive promotional information! At 5 in the morning!! That was infuriating, we wanted to go to bed and the whole situation was just being so incredibly upsetting. Other than that, the hotel was very comfortable, spacious room, good breakfast, awesome location!

“Best hotel I've ever stayed in”
This would probably be the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in. I loved walking into the hallway to the rooms right away, but then when I opened the door to the room itself, I literally burst out laughing with joy. I thought the breakfasts were perfect. No buffets, so no leftovers, but at the same time you always ordered what you wanted. I will compare all hotels to this one from now on.

This would probably be the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in.
