“Great spot to stay in a good area”

“Pleasant and comfortable”
This is a rather small, boutique hotel. Consequently, the buffet breakfast lacks the diversity of the big chain hotels, but it is nevertheless sufficient and satisfying. The location is fairly good, in a very safe and clean neighborhood and within about 15 minutes walking distance from the Costanera shopping mall.

Great location and wonderful views from the rooftop with its nice plunge pool. Good room but bed was a bit hard for me. Breakfast was good but I think needs to open before 7.30 - this is a bit too late for the trips we did. That said, a boxed breakfast was offered for early starts

“Cool rooftop pool in Providencia”
We loved the rooftop pool and enjoyed a delicious sandwich for lunch in the restaurant. Staff were very helpful and stored luggage and arranged taxis for us. Due to an early start we unfortunately missed breakfast.
