“Very spacious room and safe surroundings.”
I've always stayed at this hotel whenever my group needs to catch the early flight to Easter Island. The room is super spacious and cosy. The hotel is spot clean and very welcoming. We come almost every year.

Clean room, close to the airport. Transport for free. The hotel organized my transport even when I asked for it quite late. Then, I mistaken my arrival time but the driver wrote to me around an hour of my actual arrival and waited for me. That was very nice!

“Perfect!”
The airport shuttle was great... good communication with the driver regarding airport pickup. Breakfast was great and the coffee was very good.

The hotel organised the shuttle last minute for our family of 5 - 2 adults and 3 children under 5, and the location is only 5 minutes from airport. It was very handy. Super recomend this hotel.

“Great stay overall and highly reccomended.”
It was just really good overall, nothing bad to say. The pool and spa were working, the gym is modern, the restaurant has great comfortable seats, good staff, everything was excellent. I travel a lot and have stayed in some dumps and wasn't expecting much from this one. But this is easily the best airport hotel in Santiago.

“Convenience and Comfort”
This hotel is convenient to the airport and has the added bonus of a free shuttle bus. The communication between the hotel and ourselves was exemplary. The bed was comfortable, the room spacious, bathroom clean and breakfast offered a vast array of choice. Highly recommend.

“Excellent value for money but bad Wifi”
The family rooms are really sizeable and great value for couples or indeed a family, well worth it. The pool looks amazing even though I didn't use it and also the Spa was working which in many hotels it doesn't. The gym was maintaines and new equipment and the restaurant is excellent, they also do churrasco, parrillara meat.
