We chose this place to stay before taking our flight from Santiago airport, and it was a great decision, just a 15-minute drive and convenient. The hotel is simple but nice and safe, and has direct lift access to a private underground parking. The room was clean and the staff were great. The area is a bit rough, so I would recommend being careful and avoid walking around at night (but no reason to be scared either, just common sense needed). The parking has direct lift access to the hotel so it's very safe if you're driving there.

“Price not as advertised, even with foreign card in USD”
Good location if you have an early bus. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was not that great, yet well above average by South American standards (usual orange ‘juice’ tasting like medicine, greasy tasteless cheese, ultra processed sandwich bread, but at least they had scrambled eggs and fresh food).
