“the most gentle hotel !”
We had a 30 hours delay in our flight and they still allowed us to have a shower in our room, as it was a late checkout . Great restaurant , Staff always great to help us.

The restaurant is bad, for a 4* hotel. Breakfast eggs were raw, staff does not fully understand english. Too late opening time for a busy city full of tourists.

The staff really made the difference. They accommodated all of our requests, which is not something to be taken for granted, and supported us before, during, and after our stay. This will be definitely our reference hotel in Santiago.

Quiet and clean neighbourhood. Beds were very comfortable. WiFi speed was very stable. I like the breakfast buffet but didn’t really like how the place was set up and the service was seemed a bit chaotic.

“Great place to stay even for non-business matters in Las Condes”
Facilities are great, breakfast is amazing, concierge is very friendly and helpful (kudos to Christian!), rooms are spacious and confortable, there are nespresso caps in the room. Location is super easy and chill at the centre of Las Condes. Super recommend and will stay again.
